USAID – United States Agency for International Development: is an independent agency of the United States federal government that is primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid and development assistance.USAID leads international development and humanitarian efforts to save lives, reduce poverty, strengthen democratic governance and help people progress beyond assistance.

AFD, the Agence Française de Développement, is a public development-finance institution that has worked for seventy years to alleviate poverty and foster sustainable development in the developing world and in the French Overseas Provinces. AFD executes the French government’s development aid policies.

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is the regional development arm of the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 1947 with its headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand, ESCAP works to overcome some of the region’s greatest challenges by providing results oriented projects, technical assistance and capacity building to member States

The European Commission is the EU’s politically independent executive arm. It is alone responsible for drawing up proposals for new European legislation, and it implements the decisions of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU.

Oxfam Novib is one of 17 affiliates of the Oxfam confederation, who together work with local partners in 94 countries. Oxfam Novib has the lead role in Oxfam’s work in Afghanistan, Angola, Cambodia, Egypt, Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya), Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, the Occupied Palestinian Territories/Israel, Somalia, Uganda and Vietnam. Novib is a world-wide development organisation that mobilizes the power of people against poverty.

Asia Urbs Programme – humanitarian development programme, funded by EuropeAid Co-operation Office of the European Commission. It aimes at a decentralised (city-to-city) cooperation between Europe and Asia. Established in 1998. The programme provided grants to local governments, non-governmental organizations for every aspect of urban life and municipal planning developing.

Mobilizing human energies and goodwill, the insurrection of consciences for a more just world is the precondition and purpose of the action of the CCFD-Terre Solidaire. It involves work information and awareness in our immediate environment.
As its founders chose to engage Catholics and all citizens in the fight for a world free of hunger, poverty and injustice.
